Services Description:
Our services include providing SIM cards, wifi devices on a rental basis, currency exchange through a licensed third party, and transport services to and from major airports in Pakistan.
Usage of SIM Cards and Wifi Devices:
Users must comply with Pakistani law. For renewals or changes to packages, users text with their unique customer number. Charges for services will be made to the registered credit/debit card. Wifi devices must be returned with 24 hours notice before flight departure. Lost, damaged, or unreturned devices incur a charge of 10,000 Pakistani Rupees.
Currency Exchange Services:
A maximum of 50,000 Pakistani Rupees can be exchanged. Necessary documentation includes a Pakistan ID card number or a copy of the Pakistan visa document.
Transport Services:
Users are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Cancellation or no-show will incur a charge of 20% of the transport cost.
User Conduct:
Users must adhere to Pakistani law and standard industry practices while using our services.
Dispute Resolution:
For any disputes or complaints, users should contact us via our WhatsApp customer service number, quoting their unique customer reference.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed. Changes will be implemented following industry-standard procedures, including notification to users.
